We are going to assure that the Ironmen Clan is the best that it can be, and since it's you the members who make it what it is, we are looking for all the input from you we can get. We are proposing some of the basic rules and guidelines that the original clan was built on. If anyone has any suggestions, comments, or input of any kind we welcome it.We are also proposing a basic "Ironmen Constitution" to insure that the clan can never be taken over by any one person, or other wise corrupted like it has been in the past. Again, these are only proposals and will be subject to change as you, the members make your wishs known.

 

IRONMEN CLAN CODE

THE IRONMEN CLAN CODE OF CONDUCT                                                 We are all adults, and therefore have some very basic minimum standards we hold all of our members to.                                                                                           #1. WE DON'T CHEAT! PERIOD! we are 100% against cheating of any kind as a clan, and by our members PERIOD! If you don't feel you can follow this rule 100% then this is probably not the right fit for you, we have a zero tolerance policy on cheating.                                                                                          #2.We want to be respected by the poker community, and that reguires being respectful to the poker community.We are NOT going to become the public speach police, but we do expect all our members to show everyone the common courtesy and basic respect they deserve.We will deal with any and all complaints as neccessary.                                                                                     #3.The Clan IS THE MEMBERS, so all members will be given every chance to help us make this the best clan it can be.

 IRONMENRB CONSTITUTION                                                                   This clan was founded on one very basic and central idea, That if we bring good people together they will make an even better clan, and the better the clan they make the better the people who will want to be a part of it. It is the MEMBERS that make the clan, and there is no clan without the MEMBERS. It's in this spirit that we guarentee the Clan will always belong to the MEMBERS, PERIOD!                                                     No one or two people are ever allowed to have total control over The IronmenRB. Members maybe asked to serve in leadership roles at the request of the membership, but these "Leadership Roles" will fall under the over site of The Ironmen Council ( which we will be forming ASAP) and The Leaders and Council will ALWAYS fall under the over site of the membership.YOU ARE THE IRONMEN and you will always have a voice and be given the respect and benifits you deserve. PERIOD!
